Yes. One Kavio account can hold up to three profiles — Professional, Contractor and Property Manager — and you switch between them inside the app.
What happens if I create all 3 profiles?
They all live under the same account and the same login. Your Premium subscription, if you have one, applies across every profile you create.
Do Premium features apply to all profiles?
Yes. One Premium subscription unlocks every premium tool in each of your profiles — there is no separate charge per profile.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Start on Essentials for free and upgrade to Premium when you need invoicing, projects, workforce or AI tools. You can cancel Premium whenever you like.
How does billing work?
Premium is billed monthly or annually, in your local currency. You can subscribe in-app via the App Store or Google Play, or through web checkout. Cancel anytime.
